my FIRST blog - thanks to Rave technology group & the party @ "SeaLord"

Last night, I was at "SeaLord", Worli(Mumbai) - it was a treat from Sachin Warang.
I was discussing the barbecue platter @ Shacks(Vile Parle East), then I talked about food, snacks, tea-coffee, Pan(Pan Supari), etc that I enjoyed from different places. Sushil Bansal reacted, "As usual, this guy has commissions fixed at every other joint" and all laughed...

Many thanks to Amit Gaikwad, Chetan Sanil, Sushil Bansal and Sachin Warang who collectively responded "You should share this on your blog". Oops - I said "I have no blog". Everyone jumped in - with ways to create it. And finally with Prasenjit Mishra's (a ITM MBA friend) help I have landed here.

I will share my exposure and experience about food and topics / places related to food.... "My exposure and experience". I am not the authority, neither I am a professional to share this with anyone. There is no reason why anyone even should read it. But it was a nice thought and I am convinced with what I am doing. This blog is for myself.

Here is the first post dedicated to Amit Gaikwad, Sushil Bansal, Sachin Warang (from Rave Technology) and to Prasenjit Mishra (from ITM MBA batch). My wife, little angle and parents seem to have agreed on my new madness. I hope, that I will be convinced and satisfied with what I write going forward.

As a culture of this blog, I must mention about "SeaLoard" I visited last night.

It is located opposite to Poddar Hospital, Worli Mumbai (on a road going towards sea link).
Downstairs there is "Sadanand Coffee house" (which I have never been to so far) and upstairs there is this nice place for friends, office group and even family.

We ordered many starters and rice / roti to complete the meal.

FoodieCAT opinion:

Tandoori Babycorn was excellent - ekdum phataka (FoodieCAT means this as a taste approaching heavenly pleasure).  I don't think it was on the menu but still the staff was happy providing this to us!!!
Overall, ambiance was good. In spite of the weekday the place was crowded and noisy (we were equally contributing to the noise).
Good place to create noise with your office / college group,  friends. Gossip, curse and blame everyone (anyone) whom you can (staff would be happy to serve you cold drinks, mock-tails and cocktails), have informal discussion on any topic. You will come out happily.
FoodieCAT would be surprised to see couples here - the place is not romantic.

Enjoy Food -
Miyaaon
